IP Unblock Request Form
The IP address of the server you are sending emails from has been identified as a source of spam.
This happened because Poczta Interia users have been massively marking emails from this IP address as SPAM.
To protect our users, your email has been blocked.
Provide details about your problem
If you are not sending spam and your message has been rejected it can be due to one of the reasons below:
- you are using a shared hosting (Your mail server is sending mails for multiple domains ie hosting companies)
- you are sending transactional emails from the same IP addresses as marketing emails,
- Your domain has an improperly configured TXT SPF record: IP address used for sending email isn't listed in the SPF record or the SPF record is not closed (~all should be -all)
- Your domain doesn't have a properly configured PTR record for the IP address used to send email
