If you are not sending spam and your message has been rejected it can be due to one of the reasons below:

- you are using a shared hosting (Your mail server is sending mails for multiple domains ie hosting companies)

- you are sending transactional emails from the same IP addresses as marketing emails

- Your domain has an improperly configured TXT SPF record: IP address used for sending email isn't listed in the SPF record or the SPF record is not closed (~all should be -all)

- Your domain doesn't have a properly configured PTR record for the IP address used to send email.
